He currently serves as the chairman of M&G Group Ltd. Previously, he served as the chief executive of Schroder Investment Management, and executive vice chairman and global head of distribution of Schroders plc. He joined Schroders in 1995 as a managing director in Italy, and held numerous international roles throughout his company career. He also served as chairman of the Schroder International Selection Fund (SICAV) in Luxembourg and as chairman and director of Schroders NewFinance Capital.
